What Rural & Community Research gives you
Rural & Community Research brings the perspectives of rural and underserved communities into program, policy and business decisions. These audiences are often under-represented in conventional research, and reaching them well requires local knowledge, appropriate methods and careful attention to language, literacy and trust.
RSB Social Development Research uses participatory and field-based approaches designed for these settings. Trained local field teams work in regional languages, and participatory methods allow communities to define problems and priorities in their own terms. Quality controls maintain data integrity even in hard-to-reach locations.
